Volunteer Your Time
Volunteers allow us to deliver our programs and services more effectively. Our volunteers assist us in our efforts to deliver needed services like preparing and serving meals, contributing in-kind donations, performing small maintenance projects, hosting fundraising events, and serving on our committees.
Mercy Housing and Shelter has many volunteer opportunities for individuals or groups throughout the year.
Purchase, prepare and serve meals 
in the residents dining room
- Breakfast 5:00-8:00 a.m.
- Lunch 12:00 noon
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m.
Purchase, prepare and serve breakfast or lunch in the
Friendship Center
- Breakfast 8:00-9:30 a.m.
- Lunch 12:00 noon
Provide administrative support
Serve on a committee
Perform maintenance (Painting, cleaning, organizing storage areas etc.)
